#Grace to put God first!..

 

Psalms 132:1 Lord, remember David and all his self-denial.

#Grace for self-sacrifice!

Psalms 132:2-3 He swore an oath to the Lord, he made a vow to the Mighty One of Jacob: “I will not enter my house or go to my bed.

#Grace to make a vow!

Psalms 132:4-5 I will allow no sleep to my eyes or slumber to my eyelids, till I find a place for the Lord, a dwelling for the Mighty One of Jacob.”

#Grace to put God first!

Psalms 132:6-8 We heard it in Ephrathah, we came upon it in the fields of Jaar: “Let us go to his dwelling place, let us worship at his footstool, saying, ‘Arise, Lord, and come to your resting place, you and the ark of your might.

Let us pray: Father God, we receive the grace to worship at your feet in the name of Jesus

Psalms 131:1 My heart is not proud, Lord, my eyes are not haughty; I do not concern myself with great matters or things too wonderful for me.

Psalms 131:2 But I have calmed and quieted myself, I am like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child I am content.

#Depend on God!..

 

Psalms 130:3-4 If you, Lord, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand? But with you there is forgiveness, so that we can, with reverence, serve you.

#Forgiven to serve!

Psalms 130:5-6 I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits, and in his word I put my hope. I wait for the Lord more than watchmen wait for the morning, more than watchmen wait for the morning.

#Depend on God!

Psalms 130:7 Israel, put your hope in the Lord, for with the Lord is unfailing love and with him is full redemption.

#Hope on God!
