#Songs of joy; Victory over circumstances!..

 

Psalms 137:1 By the rivers of Babylon we sat and wept when we remembered Zion.

#No more weeping!

Psalms 137:2-3 There on the poplars we hung our harps, for there our captors asked us for songs, our tormentors demanded songs of joy; they said, “Sing us one of the songs of Zion!”

#Songs of joy!

Psalms 137:4 How can we sing the songs of the Lord while in a foreign land?

#Victory over circumstances!

Psalms 137:5-6 If I forget you, Jerusalem, may my right hand forget its skill. May my tongue cling to the roof of my mouth if I do not remember you, if I do not consider Jerusalem my highest joy.

Let us pray: We worship you, O God our joy in the name of Jesus

#Divine inheritance!..

Psalms 136:17-20 To him who struck down great kings, His love endures forever. And killed mighty kings— His love endures forever. Sihon king of the Amorites His love endures forever. And Og king of Bashan—His love endures forever.

#Divine vengeance!

Psalms 136:21-22 And gave their land as an inheritance, His love endures forever. An inheritance to his servant Israel. His love endures forever.

#Divine inheritance!

Psalms 136:23-24 He remembered us in our low estate His love endures forever. And freed us from our enemies. His love endures forever.

#Divine remembrance!

Psalms 136:25-26 He gives food to every creature. His love endures forever. Give thanks to the God of heaven. His love endures forever.

Let us pray: Father God, we thank you for your provision in the name of Jesus

#Be delivered!..

 

Psalms 136:8-9 The sun to govern the day, His love endures forever. The moon and stars to govern the night; His love endures forever.

#Be enlightened!

Psalms 136:10-12 To him who struck down the firstborn of Egypt His love endures forever.  and brought Israel out from among them His love endures forever. With a mighty hand and outstretched arm; His love endures forever.

#Be delivered!

Psalms 136:13-15 To him who divided the Red Sea asunder His love endures forever. And brought Israel through the midst of it, His love endures forever. But swept Pharaoh and his army into the Red Sea; His love endures forever.

#Be loved!

Psalms 136:16 To him who led his people through the desert, His love endures forever.

Let us pray: Father God, guide through our challenges in the name of Jesus.

Ecclesiastes 7:29 This only have I found: God made mankind upright, but men have gone in search of many schemes.

God, more than earthly manufacturers, created a perfect mankind; and like every manufacturer, He gave the Bible as the manual.
