WORD DIARY: TUESDAY AUGUST 6, 2024

#The Righteous God!..

Psalms 74:16-17 The day is yours, and yours also the night; you established the sun and moon. It was you who set all the boundaries of the earth; you made both summer and winter.

#The Almighty God!

Psalms 74:18 Remember how the enemy has mocked you, Lord, how foolish people have reviled your name.

#The Righteous God!

Psalms 74:19-20 Do not hand over the life of your dove to wild beasts; do not forget the lives of your afflicted people forever. Have regard for your covenant, because haunts of violence fill the dark places of the land.

#The Covenant keeping God!

Psalms 74:21-23 Do not let the oppressed retreat in disgrace; may the poor and needy praise your name. Rise up, O God, and defend your cause; remember how fools mock you all day long. Do not ignore the clamor of your adversaries, the uproar of your enemies, which rises continually.

Let us pray: Father God, arise and defend your righteous cause in the name of Jesus

#Life questions and meditation:

1. Are you in covenant with God?

2. Are you keeping the terms of the covenant?
