WORD DIARY: SUNDAY OCTOBER 13, 2024

#Rejoice!..

Psalms 96:9 Worship the Lord in the splendor of his holiness; tremble before him, all the earth.

#Reverence God!

Psalms 96:10 Say among the nations, “The Lord reigns.” The world is firmly established, it cannot be moved; he will judge the peoples with equity.

#God reigns!

Psalms 96:11-12 Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad; let the sea resound, and all that is in it. Let the fields be jubilant, and everything in them; let all the trees of the forest sing for joy.

#Rejoice!

Psalms 96:13 Let all creation rejoice before the Lord, for he comes, he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples in his faithfulness.

Let us pray: Father God, we rejoice before your righteous judgment in the name of Jesus

#Life questions and meditation:

1. Do you reverence God?

2. Are you joyful?

Postscript

Ecclesiastes 7:29 This only have I found: God made mankind upright, but men have gone in search of many schemes.

God, more than earthly manufacturers, created a perfect mankind; and like every manufacturer, He gave the Bible as the manual. As we brush our teeth and eat every day, so much do we need to look into that manual for daily living and thereby prevent a malfunction inherent in seeking our many devices.

These verses and the accompanying nuggets are meant to start you out every day. But you need a personal relationship with God and the Lord Jesus Christ. It will help to contact a Bible believing church near you.
