WORD DIARY: SUNDAY NOVEMBER 24, 2024

#No more storm!..

Psalms 107:27 They reeled and staggered like drunkards; they were at their wits’ end.

#No more confusion!

Psalms 107:28-29 Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, and he brought them out of their distress. He stilled the storm to a whisper; the waves of the sea were hushed.

#No more storm!

Psalms 107:30-31 They were glad when it grew calm, and he guided them to their desired haven. Let them give thanks to the Lord for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for mankind.

#No more sadness!

Psalms 107:32 Let them exalt him in the assembly of the people and praise him in the council of the elders.

Let us pray: Father God, we exalt and praise you in the name of Jesus

#Life questions and meditation:

1. Are you going through a storm?

2. Do you have faith that God will deliver you from the storm?

Postscript

Ecclesiastes 7:29 This only have I found: God made mankind upright, but men have gone in search of many schemes.

God, more than earthly manufacturers, created a perfect mankind; and like every manufacturer, He gave the Bible as the manual. As we brush our teeth and eat every day, so much do we need to look into that manual for daily living and thereby prevent a malfunction inherent in seeking our many devices.

These verses and the accompanying nuggets are meant to start you out every day. But you need a personal relationship with God and the Lord Jesus Christ. It will help to contact a Bible believing church near you.
