#Reject backbiting!..
Prov. 25:21-22 If your enemy is hungry,
give him food to eat; if he is thirsty, give him water to drink. In doing this,
you will heap burning coals on his head, and the Lord will reward you.
#Do good works!
Prov. 25:23 Like a north wind that brings
unexpected rain is a sly tongue—which provokes a horrified look.
#Reject backbiting!
Prov. 25:24 Better to live on a corner of the roof than share a house with a quarrelsome wife.
#Reject strife!
Prov. 25:25 Like cold water to a weary
soul is good news from a distant land.
Let us pray: Father God, satisfy us with
good news in the name of Jesus
#Life questions and meditation:
1. How can you avoid backbiting?
2. How can you avoid strife?

Postscript
Ecclesiastes 7:29 This only have I found:
God made mankind upright, but men have gone in search of many schemes.
God, more than earthly manufacturers,
created a perfect mankind; and like every manufacturer, He gave the Bible as
the manual. As we brush our teeth and eat every day, so much do we need to look
into that manual for daily living and thereby prevent a malfunction inherent in
seeking our many devices.
These verses and the accompanying nuggets
are meant to start you out every day. But you need a personal relationship with
God and the Lord Jesus Christ. It will help to contact a Bible believing church
near you.
