Jer. 5:29 Should I not punish them for
this?” declares the Lord. “Should I not avenge myself on such a nation as this?
#Lord, have mercy!
Jer. 5:30-31 “A horrible and shocking
thing has happened in the land: The prophets prophesy lies, the priests rule by
their own authority, and my people love it this way. But what will you do in
the end?

Jer. 6:1 “Flee for safety, people of
Benjamin! Flee from Jerusalem! Sound the trumpet in Tekoa! Raise the signal
over Beth Hakkerem! For disaster looms out of the north, even terrible
destruction.

beautiful and delicate. Shepherds with their flocks will come against her; they

Let us pray: Father God, quench the rage
and siege of the enemy in the name of Jesus
