WORD DIARY: SATURDAY AUGUST 30, 2014

Your house Oh Lord, is my refreshing point! #PastorBasil

I am divinely empowered to succeed! #PastorBasil

WORD DIARY: FRIDAY AUGUST 29, 2014

Psalms 83:1-3 O God, do not keep silent; be not quiet, O God, be not still. See how your enemies are astir, how your foes rear their heads. With cunning they conspire against your people; they plot against those you cherish.

Oh Lord, arise and fight for me! #PastorBasil

Psalms 83:5-8 With one mind they plot together; they form an alliance against you — the tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites, of Moab and the Hagrites, Gebal, Ammon and Amalek, Philistia, with the people of Tyre. Even Assyria has joined them to lend strength to the descendants of Lot.

The counsel of the wicked will not prevail in my life! #PastorBasil

Ecclesiastes 9:4 Anyone who is among the living has hope-even a live dog is better off than a dead lion!

I am alive; there is hope for me! #PastorBasil

Ecclesiastes 9:10 Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the grave, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom.

Let us pray: Oh Lord, grant us the grace to make good use of our talents and receive a heavenly welcome in Jesus name #PastorBasil

WORD DIARY: WEDNESDAY AUGUST 27, 2014

Psalms 82:3-4 Defend the cause of the weak and fatherless; maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed. Rescue the weak and needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.

I am blessed to be a blessing; lifted to raise others! #PastorBasil

Psalms 82:5 They know nothing, they understand nothing. They walk about in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken.

The word of God lightens my path, I will not stumble! #PastorBasil

Ecclesiastes 8:1 Who is like the wise man? Who knows the explanation of things? Wisdom brightens a man's face and changes its hard appearance.

I am blessed with the spirit of wisdom! #PastorBasil

Ecclesiastes 8:12-13  Although a wicked man commits a hundred crimes and still lives a long time, I know that it will go better with God-fearing men, who are reverent before God.  Yet because the wicked do not fear God, it will not go well with them, and their days will not lengthen like a shadow.

Let us pray: Oh Lord grant us the grace to obey your commandments in Jesus name #PastorBasil

WORD DIARY: TUESDAY AUGUST 26, 2014

Psalms 81:1-2 Sing for joy to God our strength; shout aloud to the God of Jacob!  Begin the music, strike the tambourine, play the melodious harp and lyre.

It is good to praise the Lord! #PastorBasil

Psalms 81:6-7 He says, "I removed the burden from their shoulders; their hands were set free from the basket.  In your distress you called and I rescued you, I answered you out of a thundercloud; I tested you at the waters of Meribah”.

I have no burden, my God has taken them! #PastorBasil

Psalms 81:15-16 Those who hate the Lord would cringe before him, and their punishment would last forever.  But you would be fed with the finest of wheat; with honey from the rock I would satisfy you.

Divine provision is my heritage! #PastorBasil

Ecclesiastes 7:12 Wisdom is a shelter as money is a shelter, but the advantage of knowledge is this: that wisdom preserves the life of its possessor.

Wisdom is the principal thing! #PastorBasil

Ecclesiastes 7:29 This only have I found: God made mankind upright, but men have gone in search of many schemes.

Let us pray:  Oh Lord by your mercy, return us to the right path in Jesus name #PastorBasil

Psalms  80:3 Restore us, O God; make your face shine upon us, that we may be saved.

It’s my time for divine restoration! #PastorBasil

Psalms 80:8-11 You brought a vine out of Egypt; you drove out the nations and planted it. You cleared the ground for it, and it took root and filled the land. The mountains were covered with its shade, the mighty cedars with its branches. It sent out its boughs to the Sea, its shoots as far as the River.

I am a fruitful vine, the Lord prospers me! #PastorBasil

Ecclesiastes 6:3  A man may have a hundred children and live many years; yet no matter how long he lives, if he cannot enjoy his prosperity and does not receive proper burial, I say that a stillborn child is better off than he.

Oh Lord, by your mercy, I will enjoy my prosperity! #PastorBasil

Psalms 79:9 Help us, O God our Savior, for the glory of your name; deliver us and forgive our sins for your name's sake.

The mercy of God is my portion! #PastorBasil

Psalms 79:12-13 Pay back into the laps of our neighbors seven times the reproach they have hurled at you, O Lord. Then we your people, the sheep of your pasture, will praise you forever; from generation to generation we will recount your praise.

O Lord, arise and defend your name! #PastorBasil

Ecclesiastes 5:4-6 When you make a vow to God, do not delay in fulfilling it. He has no pleasure in fools; fulfill your vow.  It is better not to vow than to make a vow and not fulfill it.

I receive grace to fulfill my vows! #PastorBasil

Ecclesiastes 5:10 Whoever loves money never has money enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with his income. This too is meaningless.

Let us pray: Oh Lord grant us the great gain of godliness and contentment in Jesus name #PastorBasil
