1 Tim 3:2 Now the overseer must be above reproach, the husband of but one wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach
#Consider the conditions!
1 Tim 3:3 Not given to drunkenness, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money.
#Be gentle!
1 Tim 3:4-5 He must manage his own family well and see that his children obey him with proper respect. (If anyone does not know how to manage his own family, how can he take care of God's church?)
#Handle your affairs well!
Col 3:13 Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.
Let us pray: O Lord, we receive grace to forgive others in Jesus name
