WORD DIARY: SUNDAY DECEMBER 10, 2023

#Reverence God!..

Prov 24:19-20 Do not fret because of evildoers or be envious of the wicked, for the evildoer has no future hope, and the lamp of the wicked will be snuffed out.

#Avoid future failure!

Prov 24:21-22 Fear the Lord and the king, my son, and do not join with rebellious officials, for those two will send sudden destruction on them, and who knows what calamities they can bring?

#Reverence God!

Prov 24:23 These also are sayings of the wise: To show partiality in judging is not good

#Be fair to all!

Prov 24:24-25 Whoever says to the guilty, “You are innocent,” will be cursed by peoples and denounced by nations. But it will go well with those who convict the guilty, and rich blessing will come on them.

Let us pray: Father God, we receive grace to judge correctly in the name of Jesus

#Life questions and meditation:

1. Do you reverence God?

2. Are you fair to all?

Postscript

Ecclesiastes 7:29 This only have I found: God made mankind upright, but men have gone in search of many schemes.

God, more than earthly manufacturers, created a perfect mankind; and like every  manufacturer, He gave the Bible as the manual. As we brush our teeth and eat every day, so much do we need to look into that manual for daily living and thereby prevent a malfunction inherent in seeking our many devices.

These verses and the accompanying nuggets are meant to start you out every day. But you need a personal relationship with God and the Lord Jesus Christ. It will help to contact a Bible believing church near you.
