WORD DIARY: THURSDAY JUNE 3, 2021

#Discharge responsibilities!...

Titus 1:6 An elder must be blameless, the husband of but one wife, a man whose children believe and are not open to the charge of being wild and disobedient.

#Fulfil requirements!

Titus 1:7 Since an overseer is entrusted with God's work, he must be blameless — not overbearing, not quick-tempered, not given to drunkenness, not violent, not pursuing dishonest gain.

#Discharge responsibilities!

Titus 1:8 Rather he must be hospitable, one who loves what is good, who is self-controlled, upright, holy and disciplined.

#Ensure discipline!

1 Thess 2:14 For you, brothers, became imitators of God's churches in Judea, which are in Christ Jesus: You suffered from your own countrymen the same things those churches suffered from the Jews

Let us pray: O Lord, give us the grace to overcome challenges in Jesus name

#Life questions: 1. How well do you discharge responsibilities?

2. How can you ensure self-control?
