#Show good example!...

Heb 12:11 No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it. 

#The gains of discipline!

Heb 12:12 Therefore, strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees. 

#Be prepared!

Heb 12:13 "Make level paths for your feet," so that the lame may not be disabled, but rather healed. 

#Show good example!

2 Thess 3:18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.

Let us pray: O Lord, we receive your abundant grace in Jesus name
