WORD DIARY: SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 26, 2021

#The blood of atonement!....

Heb 13:10 We have an altar from which those who minister at the tabernacle have no right to eat.

#Respect divine order!

Heb 13:11 The high priest carries the blood of animals into the Most Holy Place as a sin offering, but the bodies are burned outside the camp.

#The blood sacrifice!

Heb 13:12 And so Jesus also suffered outside the city gate to make the people holy through his own blood.

#The blood of atonement!

James 1:11 For the sun rises with scorching heat and withers the plant; its blossom falls and its beauty is destroyed. In the same way, the rich man will fade away even while he goes about his business.

Let us pray: O Lord, we receive grace to focus on eternal values in Jesus name

#Life questions and meditation:

1. Do you appreciate the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary?

2. Have you accepted the lordship of Jesus Christ over your life?

Postscript

Ecclesiastes 7:29 This only have I found: God made mankind upright, but men have gone in search of many schemes.

God, more than earthly manufacturers, created a perfect mankind; and like every manufacturer, He gave the Bible as the manual. As we brush our teeth and eat every day, so much do we need to look into that manual for daily living and thereby prevent a malfunction inherent in seeking our many devices.

These verses and the accompanying nuggets are meant to start you out every day. But you need a personal relationship with God and the Lord Jesus Christ. It will help to contact a Bible believing church near you.
