WORD DIARY: WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 16, 2022

#Grace to serve!...

Ex 27:20 “Command the Israelites to bring you clear oil of pressed olives for the light so that the lamps may be kept burning.

#Let your light shine!

Ex 27:21 In the tent of meeting, outside the curtain that shields the ark of the covenant law, Aaron and his sons are to keep the lamps burning before the Lord from evening till morning. This is to be a lasting ordinance among the Israelites for the generations to come.

#The light of God!

Ex 28:1 “Have Aaron your brother brought to you from among the Israelites, along with his sons Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar, so they may serve me as priests.

#Grace to serve!

Gen 18:27-28 Then Abraham spoke up again: “Now that I have been so bold as to speak to the Lord, though I am nothing but dust and ashes, what if the number of the righteous is five less than fifty? Will you destroy the whole city for lack of five people?” “If I find forty-five there,” he said, “I will not destroy it.”

Let us pray: Father God, we thank you for your exceeding great mercies in the name of Jesus

#Life questions and meditation:

1. Do you believe your light can shine through service?

2. In what area can you serve God and humanity?
