WORD DIARY: SATURDAY APRIL 20, 2019

Luke 22:59-60 About an hour later another asserted, "Certainly this fellow was with him, for he is a Galilean." Peter replied, "Man, I don't know what you're talking about!" Just as he was speaking, the rooster crowed.

Trials of faith: Third denial!.. #PastorBasil

Luke 22:61-62 The Lord turned and looked straight at Peter. Then Peter remembered the word the Lord had spoken to him: "Before the rooster crows today, you will disown me three times."  And he went outside and wept bitterly.

Moment of truth! #PastorBasil

Luke 22:63-65 The men who were guarding Jesus began mocking and beating him.  They blindfolded him and demanded, "Prophesy! Who hit you?" And they said many other insulting things to him.

Endure the trials of faith! #PastorBasil

John 3:1-2 Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a member of the Jewish ruling council. He came to Jesus at night and said, "Rabbi, we know you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the miraculous signs you are doing if God were not with him."

Let us pray: O Lord, do not take your presence from us in Jesus name #PastorBasil
