WORD DIARY: THURSDAY JANUARY 15 2015

Jeremiah 9:23-24 This is what the Lord says: "Let not the wise man boast of his wisdom or the strong man boast of his strength or the rich man boast of his riches, but let him who boasts boast about this: that he understands and knows me, that I am the Lord, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight," declares the Lord.

My boast is in the Lord! #PastorBasil

Jeremiah 9:25-26 "The days are coming," declares the Lord, "when I will punish all who are circumcised only in the flesh — Egypt, Judah, Edom, Ammon, Moab and all who live in the desert in distant places. For all these nations are really uncircumcised, and even the whole house of Israel is uncircumcised in heart."

Circumcise our hearts, O Lord! #PastorBasil

Jeremiah 10:5 Like a scarecrow in a melon patch, their idols cannot speak; they must be carried because they cannot walk. Do not fear them; they can do no harm nor can they do any good."

The righteous is as bold as a lion! #PastorBasil

Isaiah 32:7-8 The scoundrel's methods are wicked, he makes up evil schemes to destroy the poor with lies, even when the plea of the needy is just. But the noble man makes noble plans, and by noble deeds he stands.

Let us pray: O Lord, grant us noble hearts in Jesus name #PastorBasil
