Profitable wisdom!...
1 Cor 14:23 So if the whole church comes together and
everyone speaks in tongues,
and some who do not understand or some unbelievers come
in, will they not say that you
are out of your mind?
Apply wisdom!
1 Cor 14:24-25 But if an unbeliever or someone who does
not understand comes in
while everybody is prophesying, he will be convinced by
all that he is a sinner and will
be judged by all, and the secrets of his heart will be
laid bare. So he will fall down
and worship God, exclaiming, "God is really among
you!"
Profitable wisdom!
1 Cor 14:26 What then shall we say, brothers? When you
come together, everyone has
a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue
or an interpretation. All of
these must be done for the strengthening of the church.
Proof of wisdom!
John 19:31 Now it was the day of Preparation, and the
next day was to be a
special Sabbath. Because the Jews did not want the bodies
left on the crosses during
the Sabbath, they asked Pilate to have the legs broken
and the bodies taken down.
Let us pray: O Lord, may we profit from the sacrifice you
made in Jesus name

Ecclesiastes 7:29 This only have I
found: God made mankind upright, but men have gone in search of many schemes.
God, more
than earthly manufacturers, created a perfect mankind; and like every
manufacturer, He gave the Bible as the manual. As we brush our teeth and eat
every day, so much do we need to look into that manual for daily living and
thereby prevent a malfunction inherent in seeking our many devices.
These
verses and the accompanying nuggets are meant to start you out every day. But
you need a personal relationship with God and the Lord Jesus Christ. It will
