Set the right example!...
1 Cor 8:7 But not everyone knows this. Some
people are still so accustomed to idols that when they eat such food they think
of it as having been sacrificed to an idol, and since their conscience is weak,
it is defiled.
Renew your mind!
1 Cor 8:8 But food does not bring us near to
God; we are no worse if we do not eat, and no better if we do.
Focus on what matters!
1 Cor 8:9 Be careful, however, that the
exercise of your freedom does not become a stumbling block to the weak.
Set the right example!
John 18:12-13 Then the detachment of soldiers
with its commander and the Jewish officials arrested Jesus. They bound him and
brought him first to Annas, who was the father-in-law of Caiaphas, the high
priest that year.
Let us pray: O Lord arise, and fight for us
in Jesus name
