WORD DIARY: SUNDAY FEBRUARY 4, 2024

#Be strengthened!..

Psm 6:5 Among the dead no one proclaims your name. Who praises you from the grave?

#Alive to praise God!

Psm 6:6-7 I am worn out from my groaning. All night long I flood my bed with weeping   and drench my couch with tears. My eyes grow weak with sorrow; they fail because of all my foes.

#Be strengthened!

Psm 6:8-9 Away from me, all you who do evil, for the Lord has heard my weeping. The Lord has heard my cry for mercy; the Lord accepts my prayer.

#Divine answer!

Psm 6:10 All my enemies will be overwhelmed with shame and anguish; they will turn back and suddenly be put to shame.

Let us pray: Father God, we thank you for the victory over our enemies in the name of Jesus

#Life questions and meditation:

1. Do you praise God for the gift of life?

2. Do you praise God for answered prayers?

Postscript

Ecclesiastes 7:29 This only have I found: God made mankind upright, but men have gone in search of many schemes.

God, more than earthly manufacturers, created a perfect mankind; and like every  manufacturer, He gave the Bible as the manual. As we brush our teeth and eat every day, so much do we need to look into that manual for daily living and thereby prevent a malfunction inherent in seeking our many devices.

These verses and the accompanying nuggets are meant to start you out every day. But you need a personal relationship with God and the Lord Jesus Christ. It will help to contact a Bible believing church near you.
