WORD DIARY: MONDAY MAY 11, 2020

Submit to divine wisdom!...

1 Cor 1:19 For it is written: "I will destroy the wisdom of the wise;
the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate."

God has the ultimate wisdom! #PastorBasil

1 Cor 1:20 Where is the wise man? Where is the scholar? Where is the philosopher of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?

Unreliable wisdom of man! #PastorBasil

1 Cor 1:21 For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe.

Submit to divine wisdom! #PastorBasil

John 16:16 "In a little while you will see me no more, and then after a little while you will see me."

Let us pray: O Lord, let your presence abide always with us in Jesus name #PastorBasil

Life questions: 1.  Recent world events prove the unreliability of  human wisdom. Do you
                               find it difficult to depend on God’s wisdom?

  2.  What are the hindrances in having absolute trust in God?
