WORD DIARY: FRIDAY JULY 17, 2020

Do good!...

1 Cor 11:14-15 Does not the very nature of things teach you that if a man has long hair, it is a disgrace to him, but that if a woman has long hair, it is her glory? For long hair is given to her as a covering.

Divine wisdom!

1 Cor 11:16 If anyone wants to be contentious about this, we have no other practice — nor do the churches of God.

Avoid unnecessary arguments!

1 Cor 11:17 In the following directives I have no praise for you, for your meetings do more harm than good.

Do good!

John 19:4 Once more Pilate came out and said to the Jews, "Look, I am bringing him out to you to let you know that I find no basis for a charge against him."

Let us pray: O Lord, we thank you paying the price for our salvation in Jesus name

Life questions: 1. Are there times your actions result in negative consequences?

2. How can you ensure your actions lead to positive outcomes?
