WORD DIARY: TUESDAY OCTOBER 28, 2014

Psalms 123:1-2 I lift up my eyes to you, to you whose throne is in heaven. As the eyes of slaves look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a maid look to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to the Lord our God, till he shows us his mercy.

My expectations shall not be cut off! #PastorBasil

Psalms 123:3-4 Have mercy on us, O Lord, have mercy on us, for we have endured much contempt.  We have endured much ridicule from the proud, much contempt from the arrogant.

O Lord, deliver us from the impunity of the arrogant #PastorBasil

Psalms 124:1-5 If the Lord had not been on our side — let Israel say —  if the Lord had not been on our side when men attacked us, when their anger flared against us, they would have swallowed us alive;  the flood would have engulfed us, the torrent would have swept over us, the raging waters would have swept us away.

I stand to testify of the Lord’s mercies! #PastorBasil

Isaiah 25:9 In that day they will say, "Surely this is our God; we trusted in him, and he saved us. This is the Lord, we trusted in him; let us rejoice and be glad in his salvation."

Let us pray: O Lord, we thank you for saving us in Jesus name #PastorBasil
